The Driftwood Tables came to life way back in 2008  when I collaborated with James Doran Webb in the Philippines. It all started with the driftwood accessories and then came the classic and timeless Driftwood Tables. Local fishermen used to collect the driftwood as an extra income, bring it back to base and James and his team would build these solid structures. As with everything we have to re-think when changes occur, The process is still the same but the material is different. We now use one of the toughest reclaimed woods on the planet, Molave wood. Back in the 60's in the Cebu Province the government decided to fell thousands of trees and where they fell they stayed until now. They have now been brought back to life in the form of James sculptures and my designs. I will always continue to call it Driftwood as it has the same tones and natural grains. This wood can also be kept outside... Our tables can be made to any size and we would normally plan this around the size of the glass top required, if you need help deciding please call and we can advise you. We sell the base separately from the glass if preferred .
